1. Who provides the game
Garden Spirits is provided by ATLAS FLOW AI S.R.L., a company established in Romania, operating under the public brand Atlas Flow AI (“we”, “us” or “our”). 2. What these terms cover
These terms explain the conditions for using Garden Spirits and any optional digital features we make available. The Privacy Policy separately explains personal-data processing. The terms of the app store and payment provider also apply to their services. Nothing here replaces rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
These terms will be available before a purchase or other action for which agreement is required. Accepting these terms does not by itself consent to personalised advertising or other processing that requires a separate choice.
3. Intended use and age
Garden Spirits is a logic game primarily designed for adults. Its peaceful content does not mean that it is specifically designed for young children. If you are a minor under the law that applies to you, use of the game and any purchases must comply with that law, including any required permission or involvement of your parent or guardian.
4. Permission to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and play the game for your own non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these terms and applicable law. We and our licensors retain rights in the software, artwork, music, names and other content. Third-party licences and credits remain applicable. Any mandatory exceptions and rights under open-source or other third-party licences are preserved.
5. Fair use
Do not use the game unlawfully, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation, fraudulently manipulate purchases or rewards, or redistribute the game or its assets without permission or a legal right to do so. Restrictions on copying, modification or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.
6. Progress and virtual items
Spirit Light, costumes, restoration choices and collectibles are digital game features. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside the game unless we expressly provide otherwise. Their in-game purpose and any price will be shown where they are offered. This does not limit rights relating to a defective or misdescribed purchase.
Follow the game’s save and restoration instructions. Do not assume that progress automatically transfers between devices or survives uninstalling the app, clearing its data or losing a device. Any supported backup or synchronisation features will be described separately. Contact us if an update or fault causes lost progress; we will investigate without limiting your legal rights.
7. Advertisements and optional rewards
Where advertising is enabled, the game may display banners, occasional ads between levels and optional rewarded ads. Availability and duration depend on the provider and other conditions. Optional rewarded ads explain the benefit before you choose to view them. A reward is earned only when the ad provider confirms the qualifying event. An ad that is unavailable, fails before that event or is closed before the reward is earned does not earn a reward.
One completed rewarded-ad opportunity grants its stated benefit once. Repeated taps or repeated technical callbacks do not create additional rewards. Choosing not to view an optional rewarded ad does not remove your existing progress. Contact support if an earned reward is missing.
8. Premium and other purchases
Premium is optional; you can play without subscribing. The 7-day pass is paid once and expires without renewal. Monthly and yearly plans are subscriptions: they renew automatically and charge the applicable price each month or year until cancelled. Before payment, the Google Play purchase screen shows the local price, billing period and terms. A test purchase is not a working paid offer.
During active Premium access, Home banners and automatic between-level ads are removed, and you receive one additional free hint per puzzle. Optional rewarded ads remain available by choice. Premium does not promise removal of these optional videos. The same benefits apply to all three plans.
You can manage or cancel a subscription through Google Play, using Manage subscription in Settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Applicable immediate-cancellation and refund rights remain available. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Purchase restoration and paid access follow your verified Google Play entitlement; they do not by themselves restore locally saved game progress.
9. Refunds and consumer rights
For purchases processed by Google Play, you can use Google Play’s purchase-support and refund procedures, and you may also contact atlasflow.support@gmail.com. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, location and applicable law. We do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule.
Any loss of a statutory withdrawal right for immediate digital supply applies only where the legal conditions are met, including any required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. Agreeing to these general terms alone is not a universal waiver. Your rights concerning faulty, unavailable or misdescribed digital content or services remain unaffected.
10. Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy describes the game’s data practices and the services it uses. Privacy choices are separate from agreement to these terms. External services may have their own terms and privacy information. We remain responsible for obligations that apply to us and to the integrations we choose.
11. Updates and changes
We may provide updates to fix faults, maintain compatibility or improve the game. We will provide updates and information required by applicable law. We will not use a general change clause to remove paid benefits during their purchased period without a lawful basis and any required notice or remedy.
If we materially change these terms or a paid service, we will explain the change and when it takes effect. Where law requires your consent, a right to end the service or another remedy, we will provide it. Changes will not retrospectively take away accrued consumer rights.
12. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a functioning game, but faults and interruptions can occur. Please report them to support. We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct. Your mandatory rights concerning digital content, services, refunds and compensation remain intact.
13. Ending use and resolving issues
You may stop playing at any time. Uninstalling does not itself cancel an app-store subscription. If misuse requires us to restrict access, we will act reasonably and proportionately, explain the reason where lawful and practicable, and provide a support route. Mandatory rights and remedies remain available.

Romanian law governs these terms to the extent permitted by law; this does not remove mandatory protections or court rights available to consumers in their country of residence. Nothing requires you to use exclusive Romanian courts or mandatory private arbitration.
